GoGoPak.com orders Ship from our USA warehouses, pricing at GoGoPak.com is Wholesale in US funds, USD.
Canadian orders will incur import fees, these fees are collected after your order is placed by the courier or your customs broker.
As an option, Canadians can shop at GoGoPak.ca, although products and prices differ at this site (pricing at GoGoPak.ca is in Canadian funds, CAD, and ship from within Canada).
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping and Handling is additional. Freight rates vary according to the following factors, number of pieces, overall weight, and the shipping location.
UPS is our preferred carrier, depending on the warehouse location. We pass on our discounted volume rates to our customers.
All products are shipped with dimensional weights. Bulky items such as the rigid boxes will have higher freight rates. UPS online does not always accurately calculate freight costs for bulky items, you may be contacted for additional freight after your order is placed, at this time you can agree or cancel your order with no cancellation fees.
Delivery is the normal UPS ground schedule, GoGoPak, is not responsible
if a carrier cannot meet the required delivery date as a result bad
weather, or other unforeseen events that may cause a delay. The GoGoPak team will always do their best to process and ship your order in an expedient manner.
ShipItTo provides our customers with their very own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. ShipItTo receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders.

Your order may have back orders. You are not charged for shipping on back orders. If you would prefer to have a complete shipment, please note this preference on your order form. Delivery can sometimes be extended as a result.
As always, GoGoPak aims to be fair with regards to shipping expenses. If a rate at checkout seems questionable, or unusually high, please do not hesitate to inquire and we will investigate other rate options to determine accuracy or, if there are any savings to be applied.
If you would like to return or exchange product, please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be in original condition and quantity. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
Returns must be handled within 2 weeks of the ship date. Some products are Non-Returnable (see Note below for details). A Return Authorization form issued by email from our Customer Service
must accompany the return parcel. The freight on return goods must be
handled by the customer and packed and returned in original condition.
The original freight on the order is not part of the refund to be
processed upon receipt. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
Note: There are NO RETURNS or refunds on Custom Branded items, All Napkin Products, All Food-Safe Boxes (Bakery Boxes, Cupcake Boxes, Candy Boxes & Confection Boxes), Tin Boxes, and all Rigid Boxes including Hat Box Sets and Jewelry Boxes.
